Spt yang kt sedia maklum, foods are essential for the development of mental and body health. Ancient Muslim Scholars were very particular in choosing their food. Therefore there are little wonder why these people had mastered more than one disciplines of knowledge and had enormous gigantic memory. These are some foods consumed by those scholars. But this information was kept as secret from Arabs and Muslims by those who cannot bear to see Islam prospers.

3. Fresh Milk (not formula)
4. Eggs

7. Pigeon's meat

9. Lamb (sheep)

Hurm. If kita tak mampu nak makan semua ni because it should be more effective if we start to eat them since young, marilah sama-sama bagi anak-anak kita makan nanti. I regret for stopping from taking milk, honey, almond and raisins on regular basis which I used to love eating them.
